Victorian ambience. Large porch for meditation or reading or enjoying a pre or post theatre drink. Air conditioned, non-smoking residence. Pet free.
BREAKFAST
Due to the wide variety of breakfast food we make available in our formal dining room, many guests remark that " everything is so fresh and delicious" or " we never eat this much for breakfast at home!" or " we will not need lunch today !" .

A deposit is required at time of booking. One night's rate is the usual deposit.

Cancellation policy: 50% of deposit returned if cancelled 14 or more days in advance of your stay with us. Walking distance to all theatres, downtown shops and restaurants. Ample parking.
